Pyae Phyo Kyaw is a seasoned architect with a track record of success and innovation in the industry. He began his journey by winning the Lemon Architecture award for his outstanding thesis projects across Japanese universities in 2017. After completing his Bachelor's degree, he joined PLANTEC Architects in Japan, where he honed his skills and gained valuable experience.
In 2017, Pyae Phyo Kyaw took on the role of Junior Architect at the SHIGIRA Resort project on Miyakojima Island, Okinawa. His dedication and hard work led to a swift promotion to Project Leader, where he oversaw residential projects in Honolulu, Hawaii. During this time, he also ventured into the commercial and hospitality sectors, showcasing his versatility and leadership abilities.
Continuing his professional growth, He views architecture as a language of art that engages all five senses and believes in the power of innovative design to enhance quality of life.
As Chief Operating Officer of MANUSSIHA Architects, Pyae Phyo Kyaw is responsible for defining the firm's design philosophy and overseeing day-to-day operations. He is committed to promoting a culture of excellence and fostering growth through expansion activities and strategic alliances.
In recent years, Pyae Phyo Kyaw has expanded his expertise by working on numerous commercial and high-end luxury residential projects. In 2023, he transitioned to entrepreneurship, joining a startup company as COO and Chief Architectural Designer focused on establishing a flagship showroom for Toyo Kitchen in Honolulu, Hawaii, to penetrate the US market.
With his wealth of experience and international perspective, Pyae Phyo Kyaw is now focused on pursuing architecture and interior design opportunities worldwide. He is eager to collaborate with diverse teams and embrace new challenges, driving forward the future of architecture with innovation and creativity.

After earning his Master degree from the UK in November 2013, Myo Thiha came back to Yangon to start his career in UPG Paint & Coating Co., Ltd (UPG P&C), which is a leading paint manufacturer in Myanmar. He begins to work as a Business Development Coordinator for nine months, then promoted to Project Sales Manager in August 2014 and attach responsibility given to handle International Trade as well in June 2015 until August 2020. After completion of his duty as a Manager, Myo Thiha continues to work as an appointed Executive Director of UPG Mining & Processing Co., Ltd (UPG M&P) and Task Leader of Corporate Investment Unit in United Paints Group Co., Ltd (UPG Holdings). Myo Thiha was also elected as an Executive Committee member at Yangon Region Young Entrepreneurs Association (YRYEA) in 2019, willing to contribute his time and knowledge sharing and also to organize all the necessary measures of Public Relations Committee activities. As a Chief Marketing Officer, Myo Thiha is responsible for setting the strategic direction for MANUSSIHA and overseeing and delivering the firm's performance. He ensures the firm's message is distributed across channels and to targeted audiences in order to meet sales objectives that will generate revenue for the entire firm through successful marketing. This is reflected in MANUSSIHA’s focus on delivering solutions aimed at sustaining progress in the architecture industry.

Starting his career as a Junior Architect at AUIS Architects, he quickly rose through the ranks to become a Lead Designer, demonstrating his aptitude for innovative design solutions. His tenure at AUIS Architects equipped him with valuable experience and skills in project management and client relations.
Transitioning to HOL Engineering & Design as a Project Architect, Htet Aung Shine took on the responsibility of designing and supervising residential and commercial projects in Myanmar. His dedication to elevating living standards through architecture became increasingly evident as he immersed himself in his work, striving to make a meaningful impact in his home country.
Htet Aung Shine views architecture as the perfect fusion of art and science, with the power to transform living environments and enhance quality of life.
